Recent project
Fire-rated wall solution
A commercial building required a fire-rated wall assembly. We designed a system using steel studs to achieve the required fire-resistance. A shaft wall system was incorportated to provide a protected enclosure for vertical service spaces.
The code-compliant design ensured first-time approval and avoided costly corrections.
